WHICH EDITIONS OF SALESFORCE DOES FOLLOW-UP WORK WITH?

Follow-Up works with all Salesforce editions that have API access enabled, including: Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, Developer Edition and Performance Edition. For Professional Edition please contact your Salesforce Account Executive to enable API access. Note that Contact Edition and Group Edition can not have API access enabled.

I'VE INSTALLED THE SALESFORCE APPEXCHANGE PACKAGE. NOW WHAT?

Once you've successfully installed the Salesforce AppExchange package all you need to do is enable to Google Assistant integration here. The Google Assistant is available for the Google Home, Android 6.0+ devices and iOS 9.0+ phones, making it easy for Follow-Up to integrate into your Sales team's life.

HOW SECURE IS FOLLOW-UP?

The security of your data is our highest priority. Follow-Up sends all data encrypted over SSL and uses oauth 2.0 to ensure you're in control of your data.
